The BioNetwork simulator now works for simple reaction systems. As an example I ran it on the three reactions involoved with ozone depletion.
Without the addition of Cl ions ozone (O3) exists in an equilibrium with oxygen gas (O2) and free oxygen (O). The concentrations of these species over time are shown below.
Cl ion reacts with ozone to form oxygen gas and chlorine monoxide. Chlorine monoxide in turn reacts with free oxygen to form oxygen gas and the chloride ion. Very little chloride quickly disturbs the systems equilibrium, as seen in their concentrations.
